Could You Be Emotionally Exhausted or Depressed?

Depression is not always obvious.

It does not always look like crying or staying in bed all day.

Sometimes it looks like: constantly feeling tired, losing motivation, emotional emptiness, withdrawing from people, struggling to enjoy life, feeling hopeless internally, or surviving daily life without truly feeling emotionally present.

Many people silently struggle with depression while still going to work, attending school, smiling socially, caring for others, or trying to stay “strong.”

This assessment is designed to help you reflect on how your emotional wellbeing has been affected recently.
